Orders to APO, FPO, DPO and United States Territory addresses are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method, and shipping destination.
Same Day Shipping Guarantee
We guarantee that in-stock items purchased at www.TWHealthProducts.com Monday through Friday BEFORE 2 pm Pacific time (5 pm Eastern time) will be shipping out the same day. If a product is not shipped that same day, it will be shipped via expedited shipment the following business day.
Returns Policy
At TWHealthProducts.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Make a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at custserv@twhealthproducts.com or call us at 509-584-6725 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label to attach to the package.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) you are returning, ensuring they are in their original inner packaging and in new, unused condition.
- Shipping: Affix the provided return label to the package and ship it back to us. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days.
- We will notify you by email that we have processed your refund.
- If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund (less the shipping cost) will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired exchange item when initiating the return process. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional restocking fees. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
