How to Use Ora-Shield:
(4 ways)
(1) Place 1-3 drops of Ora-Shield oil on your wet toothbrush in place of toothpaste or tooth powder.
(2) Put 1-3 drops of Ora-Shield oil in ½ ounce of water and use as a mouthwash.
(3) Add 1-3 drops of Ora-Shield oil to your oral irrigator machine reservoir. Occasionally mix in the oil with the water to get the full benefits of getting the essential oil into the gingival pockets.
(4) Add 1-3 drops of Ora-Shield to your favorite oil for oil pulling.

Organic medium-chain triglyceride oil, also known as MCT oil, is a superior carrier oil for essential oils for four key reasons.
First, it’s thinner than sweet almond oil, so it comes out of the bottle faster. You’ll thank us every time you use it, since other tooth oils require more patience. Every. Single. Time. This is especially helpful in cold houses or rooms.
Second, the thinner MCT oil does a better job of carrying the essential oil ingredients into the gingival pockets and crevices, as well as around areas of your mouth that are hard to reach and brush.

Michael Donaldson, with over 25 years of experience in the food and dietary supplement industry, has been instrumental in creating several high-quality dietary supplements for the Hallelujah Diet. Simultaneously, he has published peer-reviewed articles that document the healing power of plant foods and plant-based diets. Donaldson and his wife, Angela, share a joyful passion for maintaining good health and raising healthy children.
